Daily Active Addresses (DAA)

A network usage metric counting the number of unique blockchain addresses that initiated or received a transaction within a 24-hour period.

Applied: analytics platforms such as Glassnode and Token Terminal publish DAA figures as a proxy for genuine network usage, distinct from raw transaction counts that can be inflated by bots.
