Threshold Signature Scheme (TSS)

A cryptographic scheme requiring a minimum number of participants out of a larger group to jointly produce a valid digital signature.

Applied: institutional custody providers increasingly use TSS as an alternative to traditional multisig, allowing a transaction to be signed without ever reconstructing the full private key in one place.
